We are a custom software development company specializing in mobile and web app development. We are looking for a Project Manager to join our team. This role involves managing remote teams, working with international clients, and ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.

Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact between the client and the development team.
- Understand client needs and translate them into clear technical requirements.
- Manage client expectations and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Create detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets using tools like Jira, Trello.
- Assign tasks, set priorities, and track progress.
- Facilitate daily standups, sprint planning, and retrospectives (if using Agile).
- Maintain all project documentation: SOWs, specs, meeting notes, and reports.
- Provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
- Standard task setting, sprint planning, and budget management.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of commercial experience as a Project Manager.
- Good spoken English is mandatory.
- Solid understanding of software development processes.
- Understanding of mobile application development.
- Familiarity with SDLC, Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and Waterfall methodologies.
- Experience with project management tools: Jira, Asana, Trello, ClickUp, etc.
- Knowledge of QA processes and CI/CD pipelines is a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, especially with international clients.
- Attention to detail and proactive mindset.
- Conflict resolution, active listening, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working in an outsourcing company is a plus.
